Jiang - Journey of Learning - is a board game developed by SAM, set in the Realm of the Great River. Working upstream toward the Emerald Source, the participants - the MBM disciples - discuss the dao of Manage by Means and help each other break through to higher levels of understanding.

Jiang is a board game that helps create a positive dialogue about the company culture and the way we think, deepening the group’s understanding and solidifying a common view. The objective is to improve the participants’ ability to travel the Great River, using Manage by Means principles.
The journey leads through the Lower Delta, the Valley of Winds, the Sea of Pirayas, the Bay of Surprise, the Waterfall of Friends and the Plateau of Flows, up toward the Emerald Source in the Land of Greens. Along the way the disciples work together, helping each other break through to higher levels of understanding.
